started by snappy himself in 2004 this place prides itself on two things - fresh gulf shrimp and friendly service. as far as these cousins are concerned, success and success! we had the fried shrimp (of course) and the cajun shrimp wrap. the fried shrimp are some of the biggest and sweetest we've ever had! the wrap - aka a burrito - with grilled shrimp, andouillle sausage, rice, lettuce and tomato - was just the right amount of spicy and flavorful. go here and spend some time chatting with snappy. he's friendly but don't expect him to give away any of his secrets!

Can you have shrimp and fries for breakfast! For those of us who love fried foods this looks like heaven.
