if you have fried chicken and waffles on your menu, rest assured these cousins will be visiting your restaurant eventually. if you also happen to have 148 different whiskeys on your shelf, see you tomorrow! there's likely little we can tell you about longman & eagle that you don't already know: michelin star, regionally sourced ingredients, all that whiskey. but have you had the fried chicken and waffles? how about the pork belly cubano? add some bourbon and a miller high life and you can understand why we love what we do so much. and if you happen to take their philosophy of "whiskey for your mouth, not for our shelves" just a bit too far, you can check into one of their six hotel rooms upstairs. need another reason to spend the night? roll out of bed for more fried chicken and waffles...and whiskey.

I'm think.n maybe the Cousins should concentrate on bars for a while. Great shots, both literally and figuratively! After a few, the food even looks good too.
