fourfried is a photography blog about food and other things started by cousin & cousin, a collaboration of cousins daniel and marc klutznick.  while neither of us makes a living eating or photographing anything, we decided it was time we combine these passions in a format worthy of sharing.  every week we will post photos from our adventures - fridays, one restaurant at a time.  a great food experience is created by much more than food alone.  thus, our posts will be image-driven and capture both the food and personality of the restaurant - exterior, interior, staff and kitchen (if the chefs and owners let us!).

we love great food.  we love great photography.  hopefully you, our reader, will find that we take great photos of great food!

Love to hear what you think!

  1. So glad Eric introduced me to fourfried. I share your love of food and beautiful imagery. I think y'all should do some picture taking in Chinatown...or the Indian markets on Devon Street!

  8. Love the color of all the photos. Getting really good exposures in places that usually don't have the ambient light needed to do so.

  11. I am so glad I came across this food blog with gorgeous images. I'm mentioning your site in my upcoming post on Lucky's. The bf and I have made it our goal to try out a new place in Chicago every couple weeks, and you two have made it perfect for us to pick a place, and know we'll enjoy it. Thank you so much. Keep up the great work!
